We accept many forms of payments including Debit & Credit Card or you could use PayPal.
We take payments in USD, but PayPal will convert the payment into your local currency so feel free to shop away as we ship Internationally.

We aim to be as efficient as possible so once you have completed checkout we power up the printer and get processing. So sadly, we can't amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. Once you receive your items, you may proceed with a standard return.
You will receive a confirmation email confirming the details of your order.
Sometimes our automated emails can be found hiding in your spam or junk folders so we would suggest you check there first.
It takes approximately 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) for orders to be processed. Orders placed after 10:00 am PST on Fridays or during special promotions and new product launches may experience longer processing times (Monday through Friday), but we promise that you are our priority and we will make every effort to get your order processed as soon as possible. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirming your shipment information and tracking number.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive an email with tracking information. To ensure you receive your email, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your mail client to prevent it from going into your spam folder.
Once you hit submit, our ultra-efficient system takes over so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. This means we can't change anything on the order after it has been placed. Sometimes we are able to amend shipping addresses but it is your responsibility at the checkout to make sure all details are correct including address.
We typically ship by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, which all offer package tracking. Because we only offer Standard Shipping at this time, please keep in mind shipping times can take between 5-10 business days for domestic US orders and 10-20 days for international orders. Please keep in mind that these timeframes are merely estimates and that shipping times can vary depending on the destination, customs holding times, holidays, etc.
Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs hold time. Eco Gloves is unable to expedite these custom review times and cannot provide definitive delivery dates due to these custom hold times. We recommend contacting your customs office to determine the hold time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Eco Gloves purchase for any reason, please return your new, unused, and unopened product for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery. Products purchased with store credit, gift card, or e-gift card will receive the return in the form of an ecogloves.co store credit. Eco Gloves only accepts returns on items purchased from ecogloves.co.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your return will be processed and your account credited within 10 to 15 business days from the day your return is received. Eco Gloves does not refund, or pay for return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days of being notified of a refund, first check your bank account to ensure the funds are not already being processed. Subsequently, try contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Where do I send my returns?
Please ensure returned items are in new, unused, and unopened original packaging. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. With your return package please include a packing slip or invoice with your name and order number to ensure credit is received in a timely manner.
