Return & Exchange Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.


If you are not completely satisfied with your Eco Gloves purchase for any reason, please contact us. 

Due to hygiene and safety precautions, we currently do not accept returns on opened boxes, but we would be happy to review your concern on a case-by-case basis. New, unused, and unopened products may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery for a refund less a 5% restocking fee. If the return is not a result of damage or an error, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that each customer is permitted up to two returns. 

To initiate a return, please email hello@ecogloves.co with the subject 'Returns' and include the following information in the body of your email: 

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for your return. If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message.
  3. Describe the state of the box and packaging. Has the box been opened or product used? (Due to governmental regulations, we need to thoroughly inspect, process, and sanitize every returned product.This helps us understand how we will process the return.)

With your return package please include a packing slip or invoice with your name and order number to ensure credit is received in a timely manner. We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit. We strongly recommended getting proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Eco Gloves does not refund, or pay for return shipping.

Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been applied. 

We will credit the amount paid for the returned Product (less any shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the Payment Method you used to make the original purchase. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. Eco Gloves does not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your Payment Method company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. Products purchased with store credit, gift card, or e-gift card will receive the return in the form of an www.ecogloves.co store credit.

Eco Gloves only accepts returns on items purchased from www.ecogloves.co. We will not provide a refund for a request that is received more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.


For exchanges, you may request to exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be applied to each opened case of gloves being exchanged. We are happy to cover the return shipping costs for domestic orders only. Please keep in mind that exchanges are limited to a one-time exchange of a case of gloves for another case (or multiple cases up to the quantity originally ordered), subject to adjustments for any price differences between the exchanged gloves. Wholesale / Reseller Goods

For wholesale reseller goods, we require that any issues or concerns be reported within 30-60 days of receipt. We understand that circumstances may prevent immediate inspection, so we encourage our wholesale customers to thoroughly inspect their goods as soon as possible after delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if any of my items arrived damaged?

Should any of your items be delivered to you in a damaged condition you must let us know within 3 days of delivery.

Pending its evaluation by our customer service department, we will make arrangements to either ship you an undamaged item at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund as per your original method of payment. For damaged goods, Eco Gloves will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.

Return to Sender/Refused/Unclaimed Deliveries

In the event that an order is lost or returned due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, or if a shipment remains unclaimed or undelivered, a re-shipment fee may apply. Additionally, if the returned product is damaged or in unsellable condition, a 5% restocking fee based on the product price will also be incurred. We strive to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If a shipment is refused or returned through no fault of Eco Gloves, we will issue a refund for the order, deducting the shipping costs incurred.
