Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Eco Gloves purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@ecogloves.co. We're here to help.

Due to hygiene and safety precautions, we do not accept returns on opened boxes. However, we’re happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis. New, unused, and unopened products may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery, less a 5% restocking fee. This fee helps cover handling and packaging costs incurred during return processing.

If the return is not due to an error or damage on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, if an order requires interception or rerouting after shipment, a $30 carrier fee will apply. Each customer is permitted up to two returns.

Please Note: Orders placed with Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) promotions or bonus item deals are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as the discount is already built into the offer.

How to Initiate a Return

Please email hello@ecogloves.co with the subject “Returns” and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return (attach a photo if helpful)

  • Confirmation of the product condition: Is the box unopened, unused, and in original packaging?

Include your packing slip or invoice inside the return package. We recommend getting proof of postage. Eco Gloves is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipping is non-refundable.

Once received, please allow 5–10 business days for return processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees or restocking fees. Refunds may take 2–7 business days to reflect on your statement.

Orders paid via store credit, gift cards, or e-gift cards will be refunded as store credit.

We can only accept returns on products purchased directly from www.ecogloves.co. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original shipment date. We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.


Exchanges

We offer one-time exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as products remain unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee per unopened case.

  • Opened boxes or partially used cases cannot be exchanged.

  • We cover return shipping for domestic exchange requests only.

  • You may exchange for another glove type, size, or color, up to the original order quantity, with adjustments made for any price difference.

Damaged Items

If any item in your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Email hello@ecogloves.co with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll review and either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.


Return to Sender / Refused / Unclaimed Deliveries

If a shipment is:

  • Returned due to incorrect address input

  • Refused at delivery

  • Unclaimed and returned by the carrier

We will issue a refund minus shipping costs. If the product is returned damaged or in unsellable condition, a 5% restocking fee will also apply.
