Shipping Policy

At Eco Gloves, our commitment is to provide you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience while ensuring your hands stay clean promptly. For Expedited & Rush orders submitted before 12 PM PST (3 PM EST), we strive to ship same-day. All other Economy or Flat Rate Economy orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after order placement. Orders are processed 5 business days a week, excluding weekends and holidays. Note: Any orders facing address validation issues or payment capture problems may be temporarily placed on hold, necessitating additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery times vary based on geographical location and carrier service levels, as indicated during the checkout process. Here are the general estimated shipping times for your reference:

  • Flat Rate Economy Services: 5-8 business days
  • Standard Economy Shipping Services: 3-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping Services: 1-3 business days
  • International Standard Shipping Services: 5-20 business days (depending on location)*

Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates and actual shipping times may vary due to factors such as destination, customs processing, holidays, etc. For international orders, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional Charges and Special Requests

Shipping charges at checkout are determined by 3rd party carrier rates, accounting for factors such as courier surcharges, weight, location, carton size, and carton quantity. Residential and rural deliveries may incur additional charges, often applied during order processing. Shipping Optimization

In our commitment to your satisfaction, we make every effort to expedite and optimize shipping, occasionally upgrading carrier services while absorbing associated shipping costs to enhance your experience. In certain instances, there may also be bundling of multiple cases/cartons or consolidating products into one mixed product carton to minimize shipment items. 

Return to Sender/Refused/Unclaimed Deliveries

In the event that an order is lost or returned due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, or if a shipment remains unclaimed or undeliverable, a re-shipment fee may apply. Additionally, if the returned product is damaged or in unsellable condition, a 5% restocking fee based on the product price will also be incurred to ensure customers receive products in the best condition. We strive to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If a shipment is refused or returned through no fault of Eco Gloves, we will issue a refund for the order, deducting the shipping costs incurred.
