Preorder & Sample Policy

Preorder Policy

If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

• Preorder Items are best selling items that are new OR have previously been in stock and sold out multiple times. 
• For preorders, payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships.
• Preordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your preorder for a full refund, please do so prior to shipment announcement on the product page. 
• If you need to cancel or update your preorder, please email hello@ecogloves.co. 
• If you are ordering a preorder item with an in-stock item, you will only be charged for shipping once. We will not charge you again once your preorder ships.
• For a return on preorder items, you have 30 days from the Delivery Date to request a return. 
• The date Estimated Shipping Date listed on the product page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update then we do not have further information at this time.
• We do our very best to communicate all details for preorders on the product page as there are usually thousands of orders and it is not possible to contact everyone individually.

Sample Policy

At Eco Gloves, we offer limited samples as a courtesy to verifiable business accounts. To ensure a fair and efficient process, please note our strict Sample Policy below:  

• Samples are furnished as single counts for each glove size and are not available in full product size, unless otherwise noted. 
• Each customer is limited to 1 pair of gloves per size request. Requests exceeding this limit may be canceled or processed at our discretion, and/or will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Certain shipping charges may apply to sample orders.
• Samples are offered while supplies last.
• Samples cannot be made for resale. 
• With Standard Economy Shipping, samples will ship via USPS and tracking information is not available. However, you may choose a different grade of shipping service if you would like tracking information. 
• For those seeking full product sizes, please contact us at hello@ecogloves.co. Requests for full-size samples are processed at our discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Samples are distributed at our discretion, and we reserve right to cancel or deny any requests that exceed the one pair per size per customer limit. Any shipping charges associated with duplicate sample orders will be refunded.
